What is Body Signal?
Body Signal on Ultrahuman Ring AIR acts as a personal health compass. It’s designed to guide you toward habits and behaviors that positively impact your health, and show you the easiest ways to make meaningful changes.
Streaks, Trends, and Milestones within Body Signals highlight key trends in your health. They can help you identify the positive health behaviors driving improvements in your biomarkers and point you in the right direction if things go off track.
Streaks

In Body Signal, Streaks have been overhauled to make them even more effective in building healthy habits.
Streaks have been updated to include consistent sleep timing and early wake-up patterns. This helps celebrate the positive habits behind good health, helping your Ultrahuman Ring AIR be the compass that guides you to the benefits of better sleep.
The new UI makes it easier to see your streaks build over the week and month. You will also be able to see your streak record, which is a powerful motivator to continue building consistent, healthy habits.
With the Ultrahuman Ring AIR Streaks also don’t have to be consecutive. Getting five days of great sleep in a 7-day period is cause for celebration, even if they didn’t run concurrently. It’s a smarter way to highlight health-positive behavior, with room for real life to happen in between. We want your progress to get the credit it deserves.
Trends

Trends show how your body is evolving. Body Signal compares your recent 7-day data to the week before, highlighting changes in steps, sleep, resting heart rate, and heart rate variability (HRV).
These insights empower you to make informed adjustments by reinforcing positive behaviors or directing your focus to exactly how you can improve your health and well-being.
Milestones

Longitudinal insights offer fascinating perspectives into how our health is evolving outside of the ups and downs of normal life. We wanted to celebrate the behavior that drives good health, which is the inspiration behind Milestones.
If you make consistent, sustained progress over three consecutive calendar months, you’ll now see an all-new Body Signal Milestone.
You’ll be rewarded for consistent HRV improvements and drops in resting heart rate, which reflect long-term progress to better health.
Personal Best

New to Body Signal are Personal Best badges – an all-new way of recognizing the cumulative progress made by healthy habits.
Ultrahuman Ring AIR will now offer Personal Best badges for metrics such as HRV and celebrate records in rest and recovery.
What’s more, you can share your Personal Best badge humblebrags via social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok straight from the Ultrahuman app.
Conclusion
Body Signal is already live and available in the app. You’ll find them on the Ring Home page, ready to track long-term trends and meaningful changes in your health.
