• Try to practice deep breathing before consuming meals
• Try to keep your gadgets away while consuming meals as screen time can be a stressor and a stimulant leading to improper digestion(starting from the mouth). Also, slower chewing has been linked to slow digestion and delayed gastric emptying rates.
• Try to listen to calming music (sound healing meditation) in case you do feel anxiety during post-work hours. This leads to calming your parasympathetic nervous system and increased HRV.
