How does the trade-in process work?
✅ While you are making the trade-in, you’ll pay the full price upfront. We’ll record all the necessary details, including the trade-in variant, at our end.
✅ As the next step, we will ship the Ultrahuman Ring AIR in a month.
✅ Once you receive your Ultrahuman Ring AIR, you can ship your traded-in product to us at our warehouse.
✅ Once your device reaches our warehouse, our team will conduct a thorough verification and once the trade-in is approved, we’ll issue a refund for the trade-in credit amount directly to your account.
How will I send my traded-in ring?
✅ On receiving your Ultrahuman Ring AIR, you simply have to ship your traded-in device to our warehouse.
When will I receive the refund for my trade-in amount?
✅ Once we receive your smart ring, our team will promptly assess it, and then we will initiate the refund process. Once initiated, you can expect to receive your refund in 7-10 business days.
I don’t have UltrahumanX yet. Can I trade in my Oura ring?
✅ Certainly! If you own an Oura Gen2 or Oura Gen3, you can trade it in and upgrade to a brand-new Ultrahuman Ring AIR.

Can I purchase UltrahumanX now and trade in my original R1?

Will I not get the trade-in credit if my ring has scratches or is not working?
✅ Our team will assess the functionality of the ring and verify its eligibility for the trade-in credit, regardless of any scratches it may have.
Can I only trade in my black colour ring for the Ultrahuman Ring AIR?
✅ Not at all! You can trade in your Ultrahuman R1, Oura Gen 2/3 of either colour for the Ultrahuman Ring AIR.
Will there be any customs/additional charges for sending the traded-in ring?
✅ Yes, standard custom charges will apply and the users sending in the traded-in rings will need to bear the cost of this.
I have traded my smart ring for Ultrahuman Ring AIR. Can I be eligible for another trade-in in the future?
✅ A double trade-in option is not available.
In case I want to return my Ultrahuman Ring AIR – for a refund, do I get back my traded-in ring?
✅ Once a trade-in is completed, it is converted into a cash discount, which means that the ring that was traded in will not be returned.

What are the differences between R1 and AIR?
✅There are differences in the design of the ring: The thickness of the Ultrahuman Ring AIR is 2.45 mm when compared to the R1 which is 2.8mm thick. The Ultrahuman Ring AIR weighs 35% lighter than the R1. (3.6 gms or R1 when compared to 2.4gms for the AIR). It’s the lightest smart ring in the world. 11 times lighter than the average smartwatch, it’s a marvel of comfort engineering. First of its kind!
The functionalities and features (both existing and new) will be at par for the R1 and AIR.
Will there be any shipping charges?
✅ We’ll handle the shipping charges for you, so you don’t have to worry about that. What happens to my old ring after I trade it in?
✅ Once you trade in your old ring, it becomes the property of our company. We responsibly handle the recycling or refurbishment of the rings, ensuring their proper disposal or reuse according to environmental standards.
Will there be more colour options available for the Ultrahuman Ring AIR?
✅ Yes, in the future. At present, we don’t have any definitive timelines for new colours.
I haven’t received my Ultrahuman R1 yet, can I switch my preference to Ultrahuman Ring AIR?
✅ Yes – this is possible. However, the differential amount will be charged towards the upgrade. Please reach out to the support team to help you with the same.
Will there be any app-side functionality changes for Ultrahuman Ring AIR?
✅ No, the app functionality and features (both existing and new) for both R1 and AIR users will be the same.
Return policy – same as R1
✅ You may cancel the order anytime before you confirm the Ultrahuman Ring size to us for shipping purposes. However, after receiving the sizing kit and selecting a size online, the order cannot be cancelled. In the event, none of the sizes fit, you can cancel the order at no cost to you by writing to us at [email protected]. A refund will be issued to the original payment method.
